Joe Biden has continued to ignore pressing questions about the crisis in Afghanistan and instead held another briefing to push for vaccine mandates. During a speech from the White House on Monday, Biden said since the FDA has given the Pfizer vaccine full approval, it was time for unvaccinated Americans to get their shot.

The Democrat also urged more companies to implement vaccine mandates and asserted employees who refused to follow them should face strict testing requirements. Biden pointed out the COVID-19 vaccine was safe, effective and free to get.

“The Delta variant is dangerous and spreading, causing a pandemic of the unvaccinated,” he stated. “…While we’re starting to see initial signs that cases may be declining in a few places, nationwide cases are still rising, especially among the unvaccinated.”

Biden also urged parents nationwide to mask their children when they leave home for school. After reading the scripted speech, he quickly left the podium and refused to answer reporter questions.
