Some Tennessee parents are furious as their schools are segregating students who choose not to wear a mask. The superintendent of Williamson County Schools recently confirmed students who don’t wear masks or don’t have an approved religious or medical exemption will be moved to separate classrooms.

As of now, less than 10 students in the district are being held in these rooms where they have access to virtual learning and some parents are not happy about this separation.

Meanwhile, all students, visitors and staff are required to wear masks at Williamson County Schools. Additionally, they will not allowed to opt out of the federal mandate.
