MOSCOW (Reuters) – More than 70 Ukrainian servicemen were killed when Russian troops shelled a military base in the town of Okhtyrka in Ukraine’s northeastern Sumy region on Sunday, regional governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy said on Facebook.
