Megyn Kelly blasted her kids’ new school for allegedly discussing how to invite “raging racists” like Ibram X. Kendi, which she learned after she had pulled her children from a private school in New York that was pushing gender identity on her third-grade son.
During the Sirius XM “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast Tuesday, the host was speaking with guest political commentator Douglas Murray about his new book “The War on the West: How to Prevail in the Age of Unreason.” Murray explained that people like Kendi and Robin DiAngelo need to be called out for what they are, describing them as “racists.”
“Even at our school… you know we talked about this last time, we fled the New York schools because they were so crazy Left and woke and part of this war,” Kelly shared. “And we found more reasonable schools in Connecticut… but they’ve just formed a sort of diversity group at one of the schools.”
“And the meetings, which I’ve been attending, because I want to know what’s happening,” she added. “Are talking about ‘how do we get Ibram X. Kendi here?’ ‘How do we get Robin DiAngelo here?’ …Like, what could you be thinking?”
“‘You’re thinking about inviting raging racists, anti-white racists to come to the school to try to influence what the agenda, the curriculum, the teachers?’” Kelly continued. “I will fight you. I will fight you.”
Murray looked horrified on the video at learning about the podcast host’s kid’s school’s plans and said she “absolutely” should have that reaction.
“It’s worse. They are attaching electrodes to the brains of young Americans,” the British author replied. “They are wiring them to be miswired throughout their life.”
The former Fox News host interjected and said “on this and the trans stuff too.”
“Here is the thing again, I am responsible, as you are for what we have done in our lives,” Murray shared. “For mistakes that we’ve made, the wrongs we’ve done people and everybody in the world has. And we have to deal with that with our own conscious and try to rectify that… But none of us is responsible for things we have not done.”
“I am not responsible for anything that was done centuries before my birth by people who may have looked like me,” he added.
Murray later talked about reparations and asked who “honestly thinks” this is the way to create “racial or social harmony.” He said when in fact it is “almost the definition of how to put a pipe bomb underneath your society and then set it off.”
Kelly replied, “which may be the point.”
