Ukraine and Russia have reportedly reached a “tentative peace plan” to end the war that has been going on for three weeks, according to The Kyiv Independent.
“The deal includes a ceasefire and Russian troop withdrawal if Kyiv renounces NATO membership ambitions and accepts limits on its armed forces, the FT reported, citing unnamed officials involved in the talks,” The Kyiv Independent posted on its official Twitter account.

This development came shortly after Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy live-streamed an address to members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate in the hopes of convincing our government to support a “no-fly zone” in Ukraine airspace to protect Ukrainian civilians.
