President Joe Biden is set to embark on part three of his two-week vacation away from doing God knows what in the White House. With no traditional press conference lined up, Americans have no way of knowing what the president is really up to in The First State — where he currently is spending his time.

On August 10, Biden declared that the U.S. has “zero inflation” before jetting off to a Democratic donor’s beach house in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. The president reportedly likes Kiawah because he can walk through it without getting mobbed by adoring fans — which would seem odd considering that doesn’t really happen anywhere he goes.

On August 16, he made a brief visit to the office (White House) to sign the historic Inflation Reduction Act, which won’t reduce inflation anytime soon. Then, he jaunted up the coast to his Delaware house where he will stay until Saturday. We now know he will be taking an extra long weekend off at his Rehobeth Beach house until next Wednesday.

“Per the FAA, Biden is expected to remain in Wilmington until Saturday AM before going to his Rehoboth Beach home until Wednesday,” the Associated Press’s Zeke Miller tweeted.

According to former CBS White House correspondent Mark Knoller, Biden has now spent more time away from D.C. than any of his three predecessors at this point in their presidencies.

“By my count, this is Biden’s 49th visit to Delaware as pres. Brings number of days there to 150. Compares to: Trump: 17 visits to Mar-a-Lago; 13 to Bedminster NJ (132 days) Obama: 8 vac trips incl HA & Martha’s Vineyard: (38 days) GWBush: 14 visits to Texas ranch (100 days),” Knoller tweeted.

In reaction to Biden’s vacation (at least the second leg of the trip), Republican National Committee spokesperson Emma Vaughn told The Daily Wire in an email, “What’s the only thing Biden likes more than vacation? Raising taxes.”

“As parents struggle to afford the skyrocketing prices for back-to-school necessities and small businesses face historic inflation and a recession, Joe Biden raised taxes and is rewarding himself with yet another vacation,” she proclaimed.

The day after that email, Biden tweeted, “The Inflation Reduction Act is law. I can say with confidence that I have never been more optimistic about America.”

That statement means Biden gets his hope about the future of the country not from things like an immigrant becoming a citizen or a father opening up a new business to provide for his family, but from a law that raises taxes on millions of Americans and expands the size of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

In that case, maybe it’s best Biden takes an extra-long vacation for the remainder of his term so he can’t sign any more laws.
