A 22-year-old man was attacked and beaten in broad daylight. Police released surveillance footage last week, which showed the suspect throw an unsuspecting victim to the ground and stomp on his head repeatedly until he lost consciousness.
The assailant then reportedly stole his wallet, keys and cell phone before he casually walked away. Police reported a bystander called 911 and the victim was transported to a nearby hospital with head trauma and significant facial injuries.

The attack comes as Seattle experienced its deadliest June in at least 13 years, which has signaled the potential for another record breaking year of violent crime.
“It’s disheartening to see this happening around our city and nothing is being done about it,” Seattle resident Bishop Marshall expressed. “It’s been going on for years and it seems to be the city council has continued to let this happen.”
Seattle Police Officer’s Guild President Officer Mike Solan said the jump in violent crime was not surprising as it has been the direct result of the activist political class push to defund the police.
