Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R) sparked speculation for a possible presidential run in 2024. On Thursday night, Crenshaw headlined a Republican party fundraiser in New Hampshire, the first state to hold primaries on presidential election years.

Political analysts believe Crenshaw was testing waters to see how he would fare on the national stage. During his speech, Crenshaw took plenty of time to slam Joe Biden by criticizing his policies and the end of the America First era.

“What we’re seeing right now from the Biden Administration, it’s not good for American families. It’s not good for American workers, American businesses. It’s not good for our border,” he expressed. “The era of putting America First is apparently over.”

However, Crenshaw claims he’s not considering a 2024 bid any time soon. He went on to mention he only attended the New Hampshire event to promote a non-profit organization related to the SEAL Teams.
