Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) said the reason she has become unpopular in Washington is because she refused to join the swamp. In a fiery speech at President Trump’s Ohio rally on Saturday, the Georgia Republican also announced it was time to take the gavel from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s grasp.
Greene said she wants to break down the bureaucracy in the federal government over election theft and COVID-19 lockdowns. The Georgia Republican discussed the 2020 election and argued President Trump should still be in office.

“Now let me give you a few reasons why the D.C. swamp hates me so much,” she expressed. “I want to impeach Joe Biden… and I want to expel Maxine Waters and I want to fire Dr. Anthony Fauci.”
Greene went on to say that every bill written by the Democrat majority contained provisions for the Green New Deal. This proposal has been a favorite target of Greene’s as she ties it to what she calls the Communist Jihad Squad led by New York’s Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.).
Greene concluded her speech by asking the crowd to make sure the GOP wins in 2022 and reject socialism in America.
