Kamala Harris’s office colluded with Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation during her time as California attorney general to pursue criminal charges against citizen journalist and pro-life activist David Daleiden, his attorneys allege.

“Planned Parenthood, NAF, and the California Attorney General beginning with Kamala Harris colluded to silence my reporting on illegal fetus trafficking and to obstruct justice in ongoing investigations of their practices,” Daleiden told Fox News of the now-vice president.

“After the new evidence in NAF and Planned Parenthood attorney billing records of illegal collusion with the Attorney General’s office, and the on-the-record admissions from the prosecutor, the Superior Court has now ordered the Attorney General to produce further testimony about the extent of the office’s coordination with Big Abortion special interests in manufacturing the bogus and unconstitutional charges against me and my colleagues,” Daleiden continued. “No matter how hard Planned Parenthood, Kamala Harris, and their associates have tried, the truth can no longer be buried.”

Daleiden and his organization, the Center for Medical Progress, first began releasing damning undercover videos that exposed Planned Parenthood executives’ roles in trafficking fetal tissue in 2015. Instead of investigating and possibly punishing the baby-killing organization, Harris overlooked any potential wrongdoing by her big abortion donors and used the release of the footage to justify an investigation of Daleiden for allegedly violating a state eavesdropping law. This investigation included a 2016 raid on his home and the seizure of his camera equipment and other technology that contained extra unreleased videos.

Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress decided in May of 2020 to sue Harris, Planned Parenthood, and then-California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for politically targeting them over the release of the jarring videos. Court documents from that suit show that Harris’s office actively communicated with Planned Parenthood and other baby-killing organizations around the time of the raid.

When pressed by Superior Court of San Francisco County Judge Christopher Hite in May 2021, Harris nominee Deputy Attorney General Johnette Jauron admitted that she “provided NAF with everything that I provided Defendant [Daleiden].” Daleiden’s legal team says this confession seems to indicate that Jauron shared footage and other sensitive information that was collected from the raid on his house with NAF.

Jauron later denied that she “provided any materials seized pursuant to search warrant in this case to any unauthorized recipient,” but billing records filed in August by NAF’s attorneys suggest that lawyers charged hundreds of dollars to “coordinate review of new videos” in 2016 just one day after the raid.

Documents also indicate that Harris’s office met with Planned Parenthood executives just a few weeks before Daleiden’s home was raided and also had a conference call with NAF attorney Derek Foran about “legal research regarding” a redacted subject. Foran later noted in 2017 that there were “phone calls with superior court and California AG’s office regarding status of flash drive of NAF materials lodged in criminal case.”

Documents also indicate that Planned Parenthood showed a vested interest in obtaining the computers “used to produce the videos seized and added that there was a federal injunction in place to stop the release additional videos.”

Attorney Brent Ferreira told Fox News in a statement that “this case is the most egregious abuse of prosecutorial power that I have ever seen and I was a trial and appellate lawyer in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for [30] years.”
