Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers and actress Shailene Woodley have reportedly called things off again.

In February, the former couple called off their one-year engagement but were spotted together at a wedding the following month.

A source close to the 30-year-old actress told People magazine that the two reportedly broke up after the “Divergent” star said their rumored rekindled relationship “wasn’t making her happy.”

“Shailene felt everything was on Aaron’s terms and it wasn’t making her happy,” the insider shared.

In March, the superstar couple was spotted at fellow Packer David Bakhtiari’s wedding to Frankie Shebby in Santa Barbara, California, as previously reported by The Daily Wire.

A source said the pair were “trying to remain friendly.”

“They both had intense work schedules in the fall and it wasn’t possible for them to focus on their relationship,” the insider shared with People. “Now when Aaron’s season is over, he wants to give it another try. He thinks Shailene is very special. She is more hesitant though.”

Meanwhile, a source told E! News the Packers quarterback and Woodley were “spending time together but not fully back on.”

“She’s [Woodley] not wearing the engagement ring,” the source shared. “They are testing the waters.”

“Since he’s been off they have been able to take some time to work on their relationship and try to figure things out,” the same source added. “They are going to continue trying to do that and see what happens.”

The “Big Little Lies” star and NFL QB were engaged for just over a year before reports surfaced the couple had ended things.

In February, Rodgers shared a touching post on Instagram about how grateful he was for her support and love.

“@shailenewoodley, thanks for letting me chase after you the first couple months after we met, and finally letting me catch up to you and be a part of your life,” Rodgers’s post read. “Thanks for always having my back, for the incredible kindness you show me and everyone you meet, and for showing me what unconditional love looks like, I love you and am grateful for you.”

A source close to Rodgers said the breakup was “amicable,” reported People magazine.

“It was an amicable split; it just wasn’t working,” a source shared. “They’re very different people with busy careers and there were obstacles that they couldn’t surmount. They will remain friendly; there’s no bad blood and no drama. It just didn’t work out for them.”
