Celebrities have sent a message in a full-page ad claiming they “are being robbed of our power” over the leaked draft from the Supreme Court indicating the Roe v. Wade decision could likely be overturned, and declared they “will not back down.”

Stars like Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Shawn Mendes, and more than 100 other performers, musicians, supermodels, and influencers signed an advertisement taken out in The New York Times that read, “The Supreme Court is planning to overturn Roe v. Wade, taking away the constitutional right to abortion,” reported the “Today” show in a piece published Friday.

“Our power to plan our futures and control our own bodies depends on our ability to access sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion,” the ad continued. “We are artists. Creators. Storytellers. We are the new generation stepping into our power. Now we are being robbed of our power.”

“We will not go back,” the ad stated. “And we will not back down.”

The ad is part of Planned Parenthood’s larger Bans Off Our Bodies campaign. The entire list of stars who signed on board can be seen below.

On the Planned Parenthood website, there are details about the campaign with information about joining rallies planned for Saturday, May 14 across the nation over the leaked draft.

A page on the website under the headline, “Supreme Court Leak: Our Worst Fears Confirmed,” reads in part:

Abortion is still legal. It’s still your right. But the Supreme Court is prepared to end your constitutional right to abortion. Our country is facing an abortion access crisis.

By this summer, 26 states could move to ban abortion — affecting 36 million women, plus more people who can become pregnant. This is personal.

On May 2, Politico broke the news the Supreme Court had seemingly “voted to strike down the landmark” decision, reporting that Justice Samuel Alito had written an opinion draft that is an “unflinching repudiation” of Roe v. Wade, as reported previously by The Daily Wire.
