Fox News host Greg Gutfeld ripped into President Joe Biden over his recent attacks accusing Republicans of embracing “semi-fascism” and suggesting that they’d need an F-15 fighter jet to defend themselves against the government.

Gutfeld made the comments during Wednesday’s broadcast of popular drive-time panel show “The Five,” arguing that people might be allowing Biden’s age to make them believe he was kinder and gentler than he really was.

Co-host Judge Jeanine Pirro put the topic to Gutfeld first, saying, “One of the things that the president talked about was — he says if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15, you need something a little more than a gun. First of all, it’s a little tone-deaf given that we were at the one year anniversary of having left Afghanistan and having left F-15s for the Taliban, but what was he talking about?”

“With that logic, why are we giving arms or money to Ukraine? Isn’t that useless if you’re against a superior army?” Gutfeld asked. “By his logic, we should give up all of our rights, all of our protections, because they’re no match for government force. Right? It’s kind of a sick boast. It’s not semi-fascist, it’s full on fascist.”

“Who knew Joe would become a wartime president, but he is waging war on people in the country,” Gutfeld continued, adding, “He’s an empty vessel that they filled with left-wing agitprop and all this other crap.”

Gutfeld went on to note that a lot of Americans had been sucked into the narrative of Joe Biden the “nice guy,” adding that people then tended to forget he was also the guy who had claimed then-presidential candidate Mitt Romney (R) would put black people back “in chains.”

“He says the craziest stuff,” Gutfeld added. “I think what we’re suffering from is old man syndrome. This is when you ascribe certain gentleness to people as they age, like I’ve noticed that since my hair has gone gray, babies like me, they think I’m harmless… When you look at inmates, older inmates, you feel bad for them and go, that guy wouldn’t hurt a fly. While 30 years from now he murdered a family, so of course now he’s got salt and pepper hair, he looks like Harold, everything’s okay. That’s the problem with Joe. Joe hasn’t gotten nicer, he’s gotten angrier.”
