Conservative Ari Hoffman, who has been featured on Newsmax and several other media outlets, will officially join the lineup on Talk Radio 570 KVI in Seattle, where he will host “The Ari Hoffman Show” weekdays.

Hoffman has been filling in since the retirement of Kirby Wilbur at the end of January. His show will be featured on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., KVI said in a press release.

“I am thrilled to be joining the amazing team at KVI,” Hoffman said. “If I had known how much fun this gig would be I would have started 20 years ago. I look forward to bringing common sense ideas and a fresh take on news, politics, and the culture wars to our listeners.”

Hoffman is a Seattle businessman and civic activist who ran for Seattle City Council in 2020. On KVI, Hoffman’s show will “provide a current of common sense in a sea of insanity,” the station said in a press release.

“Ari is known for his humor and pop-culture savvy,” KVI said. “He never backs down from a challenge and enthusiastically engages with anyone, no matter their political ideology.”

In addition to Newsmax, Hoffman has been featured on Fox News, the Dr. Drew Show, “60 Minutes, and the KOMO News Documentary “Seattle is Dying,” and reports regularly on issues about the Northwest for The Post Millennial.

Hoffman is originally from New York and now lives in Seattle with his wife and 3 children.

“Our new afternoon host was right under our nose,” Rick Van Cise, KVI Program Director said. “What’s important to you is important to Ari. He has an engaging and entertaining perspective on local and world issues that’s enlightening and fun to hear!”
